This event is proudly benefiting Fort Bend Mental Health, helping raise awareness and support the mission to prevent suicide and expand access to mental health resources across Fort Bend County.

In today’s fast-paced world, many of us are carrying things quietly—stress, worries, hopes, and dreams. The Community Table was created as a place to pause, connect, and share honest conversations in a supportive and relaxed environment.
Each month we gather for one hour of guided conversation and simple creative reflection activities that encourage expression, community, and well-being. No artistic skill is needed—just bring yourself and an open mind.
This is not a therapy group, but a safe and respectful space for real talk, listening, and building community.
